3. Risk Warnings and Regulatory Compliance

3.1 High Risk Investment Warning

CFD TRADING CARRIES SIGNIFICANT RISK. Contracts for Difference (CFDs) are complex instruments and
come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Approximately 70% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
